Route 19: Clatto Route 02

SHORT ROUTE (4.4 Miles): Anticlockwise around Clatto Reservoir. Out the back gate, do a U-turn on the right hand side and follow the path through the woods, turning left, then right and continuing along open ground to join Strathmartine Road. Left on Strathmartine Road then left on Rosemill Road. Left at T-junction and follow road past Pinecone Café. Left on Templeton Road, left again and return to reservoir via track.

MEDIUM ROUTE (6.2 Miles): Anticlockwise around Clatto Reservoir. Out the back gate, do a U-turn on the right hand side and follow the path through the woods, turning left, then right and continuing along open ground to join Strathmartine Road. Left on Strathmartine Road and continue through Bridgefoot and on for about a mile. Turn left towards Dronley where signposted. Follow road, bearing left past houses and continue straight downhill towards Rosemill Road. Turn right, then left and continue past Pinecone Café. Left on Templeton Road, left again and return to reservoir via track.

LONG ROUTE (8.0 Miles): Anticlockwise around Clatto Reservoir. Out the back gate, do a U-turn on the right hand side and follow the path through the woods, turning left, then right and continuing along open ground to join Strathmartine Road. Left on Strathmartine Road and continue through Bridgefoot and on for about a mile. Turn left towards Dronley where signposted. Follow road, bearing left past houses. Turn right towards Dronley and Auchterhouse where signposted (John McInally route). Follow road, bearing left, then right and continue over Dronley Burn Bridge. Turn left (passing farm buildings on right), keep left when road forks and continue towards Dronley Road. Turn left and follow farm track at end of road. Right on Templeton Road, then left and return to reservoir via track.
