The race starts at 6.30pm from the car park at Clatto Country Park, and heads out on quiet country roads down Templeton Woods road, back through Dronley, Birkhill and finally through the woods themselves back to the start. The course is mildly undulating and a road shoe will normally suffice. The route is approximately 7 miles (11km) long.
